The Consortium of Humanitarian Agencies (CHA) is an association of agencies working in, and supporting work in, Sri Lanka. The Environment Programme at CHA aims to empower our communities with the ability to participate directly in small scale management and conservation, which is vital for the long term success of overall conservation .The 3R initiative aims to increase awareness on waste reduction practices as well as reusing and recycling existing resources.
